(Senior) Manager, Development Program Management (Finance)
The Role
The Genmab Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) department is expanding to support our robust pipeline and is currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Development Program Manager (DPM). The preferred candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the drug development process and a solid technical Project Management skillset with experience managing early and/or late stage projects.
This role will serve a dual purpose within our organization with responsibilities at both the portfolio and program level.
The DPM will work collaboratively with the Vice President, Program Development Team Lead (VP, PD) to support a key development partnership within the broader Genmab portfolio.
The DPM will also work collaboratively with a Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL) and cross-functionally within the Compound Development Team (CDT) to maximize productivity for assets in early and late-stage clinical development, including projects with external partners.
Finally, the DPM will also work to build drug development program management capabilities and core competencies in the PPM group. This position is accountable to DPM leadership.
