Job Description
Primary Function of Position

The Finance Development Program Analyst is a recent college graduate looking to learn a foundation of critical skills to launch a career in corporate finance through a rotation program. The program runs for two years, composed of three 8-month rotations through various financial teams in different business units or corporate. This position reports to the finance manager of the team they are assigned to for each rotation and work with their team. At the conclusion of the 2-year rotation, qualified graduates of the program transition into roles within the finance organization to enable our fast-growing business.

This position provides the organization by providing financial and operational business performance analyses to management. Gathers data, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, future requirements and operating forecasts.

Essential Job Duties

  • Monitor, identify and communicate financial and operational performance to senior people within Finance, Sales, Business Units or Corporate functions
  • Provide business analytics and statistical research to support the business decision making process
  • Develop financial models and review and assess investments based on ROI calculations and business strategy
  • Provide financial controllership for cost center budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist the month-end close process
  • Generate monthly reporting and business metrics packages
  • Assist monthly and quarterly processes
  • Monitor and examine effectiveness of resource utilization
  • Design and implement scalable processes to report key business metrics
  • Create ad-hoc analyses and business forecasts
  • Identify and drive implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects
  • Work with all functional groups to meet financial goals
  • Monitor, identify and communicate financial and operational performance to senior people within Finance, Sales, Business Units or Corporate functions

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Must be available to work full-time starting August 2026
  • 0-1 year of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written, oral)
  • Excellent relational skills including a collective work style
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Deep desire to learn and acquire new skills
  • High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information and data appropriately
  • Self-motivated, curious, and self-assured with ambiguous challenges
  • An analytic, relational, strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow manager guidance and work direction, meet deadlines and financial goals
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA macros, lookup functions, shortcuts)
  • Ability to learn business systems and applications (such as Anaplan, Coupa, Tableau, SQL, SAP)

Required Education and Training
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or related degree

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint
  • Accounting coursework

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $41 USD - $56 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $35 USD - $48 USD
Shift: Day
