About the Role

Are you passionate about building the future? As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role in shaping our projects from the ground up. You'll leverage your analytical skills and industry knowledge to develop accurate project budgets, collaborate with diverse teams, and help deliver exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Do

  • Site Evaluation: Visit potential project sites to assess conditions and meet with owners and stakeholders.
  • Competitive Bidding: Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to prime contractors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor and adjust material and labor quantities throughout all project phases.
  • Reporting: Generate required reports and documentation for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure project needs are met.
  • Safety & Compliance: Champion a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-3 years of experience in construction management or estimating preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
