Fund Services Tax, Assistant Vice President (Finance)



Who we are looking for

The Tax Manager job resides in the Mutual Fund Tax Group within Global Delivery. The job's primary responsibility is overseeing the tax production work completed by our vendors for US Regulated Investment Companies. Communicating with clients as well as other internal stakeholders such as Financial Reporting, Treasury and Fund Accounting is a significant part of the work you will perform.

What you will be responsible for

As Tax Manager you will

  • Oversee the services provided by vendors to ensure timeliness and appropriate performance standards are met.
  • Keep clients informed of tax developments and other relevant facts that affect their funds.
  • Successfully manage client relationships by consistently providing clients timely and appropriate communication and services in relation to their needs.
  • Effectively and appropriately respond to questions and inquiries from clients, team members and vendors.
  • Coordinate scheduling of deliverables with vendors clients and funds' audit firms.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 7-10 years of mutual fund tax experience.
  • Highly effective communication and management skills.
  • Ability to thrive and function in a high pressure deadline driven environment.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
