Leadership Training Specialist (Finance)

Our Leadership Training Specialist supports Rollins' leadership pipeline by delivering and supporting the development of leadership development initiatives, and programs.

This Leadership Development Program Facilitator blends facilitation and consulting skills to strengthen leadership capability and foster an inclusive, high performing culture This role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance leadership development initiatives and align them with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

You Will . . .

  • Facilitation and Learning Delivery
    • Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and team sessions to build skills in alignment with company strategy, values and goals
    • Create inclusive learning environments that encourage engagement, collaboration and diverse perspectives.
    • Guide group processes, manage group dynamics, and ensure active participation
    • Provide coaching and feedback to participants and their managers to reinforce learning and application
    • Review program effectiveness through surveys, assessments and business outcomes to adjust approaches.
  • Consulting
    • Collaborate across functions (e.g.) HRBPs, Operations Leaders) to ensure leadership development aligns with business priorities and drives efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, recommending strategies to Talent Development and Business Leaders.
    • Use change management principles to support leaders through transformation initiatives.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment between people practices and operational goals
  • Facilitator Certification Program Development
    • Implement and manage a comprehensive certification process for internal and external leadership facilitators.
    • Ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in the delivery of leadership development programs across the organization.
    • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide coaching and feedback to facilitators throughout the certification journey
    • Monitor and assess facilitator performance post-certification to ensure ongoing quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • College degree preferred or related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with a minimum two years specifically with: 
    • Learning and development experience in facilitating training focused on Leadership Development
    • Assist in:
      • Identifying customer needs
      • Design and development of blended learning solutions that include self-directed learning and, instructor-led learning (face-to-face and distance learning) by partnering with Instructional Design team
      • Designing and developing performance support
    • Working in a mid-size or large, complex organization
    • Direct experience in leadership/ management support

This role is onsite during core business hours at our Rollins Learning Center in Atlanta, GA
