Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-starter to lead the daily operations of our new 286,000+ sq. ft. distribution facility in Janesville, WI. This facility will be a critical link in our supply chain strategy--storing consignment materials for a co-packer, receiving finished goods, and distributing products to our customers. As the operational leader on-site, you will ensure efficient execution, inventory integrity, and service excellence in a high-growth, high-expectation environment.
This high-impact role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven leader who can operate with minimal direction, thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, and brings the structure and discipline needed to scale a new operation. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely raw materials and finished goods flow throughout our internal and external networks.
You'll play a central role in shaping the future of our distribution network, leading the daily operations of a new facility. If you're passionate about warehouse execution, team leadership, and building scalable systems from the ground up, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee all daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, inventory management, and outbound shipping.
· Lead and develop a team of shift supervisors, coordinators, and material handlers across a three-shift schedule.
· Manage consignment inventory flow to and from a key co-packer partner, ensuring alignment and accountability across the value chain.
· Ensure accurate receiving of finished goods and timely distribution to customer depots, especially during high-volume peak periods.
· Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and external partners to support material and product flow through internal and external supply chain.
· Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 WMS and RF scanning tools to maintain inventory accuracy and data transparency.
· Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant facility aligned with food safety and quality standards.
· Drive continuous improvement in productivity, service levels, and process discipline.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
· 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing multi-shift warehouse or distribution operations
· Strong background in consignment inventory, finished goods handling, and transportation coordination
· Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
· Proficiency with WMS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and RF technology
· Ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt quickly, and implement scalable solutions.

Hours, Location and Pay:
We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works Monday - Friday at our Janesville, WI Distribution Center.
