What You'll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support hiring across the company.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including social media, resume databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements that reflect our culture and attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, ensuring alignment with job requirements and compliance with AA/EEO/ADA guidelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate candidate selection.
  • Guide hiring managers through salary discussions and pre-boarding steps to ensure alignment, clarity, and a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative and inclusive hiring culture.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through outreach to community organizations, educational institutions, military channels, and job fairs.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovate sourcing strategies using job boards, recruiting tech, social media, and digital platforms.

Must Haves

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required to support our diverse workforce and candidate pool.
  • Proven success recruiting for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for people.

  • Experience filling Driver and Sales roles is a plus!
