SET THE COURSE

The Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager drives successful product campaigns by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our apparel, accessories and home product lines. This role partners with the Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams to create compelling new and carryover product messaging, creates asset requests to support product storytelling, and ensures product messaging cohesion across all business channels. This role will track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine future strategies to maximize business impact.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Develop product campaigns and storytelling that drives business while aligning with the overall brand experience with GMM oversight.
  • Work with DMMs to identify key images that support monthly and seasonal key merchandising strategies.
  • Create processes and deliver on-location and studio assets need proposals to eCommerce Director, Digital Merchandisers, Marketing and Creative Leadership.
  • Manage merchandising seasonal turn-in meetings for on-location photoshoots. Provide key product information, samples and suggested looks with supporting content placement.
  • Collaborate with DTG Merchants and Design Teams to understand product value propositions and features.
  • Develop briefs based on eCommerce needs and Marketing opportunities.
  • Briefs eCommerce team and other cross functional teams on key messaging and placement in-store.
  • Communicate with Visual Team to ensure visibility to product campaign materials and opportunities.
  • Attend product line adoption, identify key styles and submit requests to Design for additional product information.
  • Manages, reviews, provides feedback for seasonal product positioning received from Creative/Copy team.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
  • Bachelors' degree in Merchandising, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy, merchandising, product marketing, or brand management, preferably within the apparel, accessories, or consumer goods industries. Marketing experience within product marketing, preferably within the apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies across multiple product categories.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to align messaging and drive campaign success
  • Strong background in product storytelling and creating messaging that resonates with target audiences across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize future GTM plans accordingly.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments, including e-commerce, wholesale, and brick-and-mortar.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Pay Range: $99,000 to $165,000 annually
