Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Salary Range: $ 80,000 - 90,000
Location: Seattle - Administration
About the Position
Evergreen Goodwill is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team and support the organization's digital transformation. This role will be responsible for leveraging data to uncover insights, drive decision-making, and optimize operational efficiency across our donation processing, retail, and workforce development programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create reports, and deliver actionable insights that support our mission of sustainability, community impact, and economic mobility.
The BI Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization. This role will use advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the growth and effectiveness of Evergreen Goodwill's programs. This role will also support the design and implementation of dashboards, KPIs, and data systems to empower leadership and teams with the information they need to make informed, strategic decisions.
