JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for onboarding new deposit accounts and treasury products and services for both consumer and business clients with varying structure complexities. Follow bank guidelines and obtains necessary information and documentation while staying within established service level agreements. Communicates directly with clients and/or Business Units to ensure accurate completion of requests, resolves issues and complaints by navigating the bank's various departments on the client's behalf. Responsible for consulting, analyzing and recommending products and services to clients. Responsible for implementing specialized products and services with varying degrees of complexity. Reviews discussed products and pricing with clients to ensure services meets the client's needs. Support management with the development of departmental procedures, assist with audit remediation tasks and contribute towards the implementation of new technical solutions for the bank. Will be partially responsible for the cross training and Quality Assurance review of the work completed by department staff. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
