As the Pricing Analyst, you will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams inside the organization including Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to understand operational requirements, build cost assumption & pricing models, and recommend profitable pricing structures for new and existing customers. This role will also support pricing & finance leadership in governing pricing, ensure proper and timely approvals in place, maintenance & continuous improvement of pricing models, and evaluation of customized requests. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Generate detailed pricing models based on inputs from cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.
• Work collaboratively with sales & leadership to develop pricing proposals and implement a tactical pricing plan
• Work as subject matter expert in cost assumption, CAPEX requirements & pricing proposals
• Perform scenario analysis under different pricing structures to compare net financial results
• Facilitate the pricing and CAPEX, credit approval process according to the Corporate Delegation of Authorization
• Effectively present proposals & financials to cross function project team & leadership as needed
• Provide training and feedback sessions with sales & operation teams to gain insights and recommendations to continuously improve pricing tools.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 years of experience in pricing, accounting, finance, or similar experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports and projections
• Strong computer skills required. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail are required to be successful in this position.

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or the equivalent in related work experience
• Experience presenting financial information and analysis to internal stakeholder & senior leadership
• 2 years of experience in pricing, accounting, finance, or similar experience
