Supervisor/Therapist - Forensic Services Support Program (Personal Services)
Position Summary: The role of the Supervisor/Therapist - Forensic Services Support Program is to provide services to incarcerated individuals who experience mental and behavioral health concerns. Through therapeutic intervention the supervisor/therapist will help to ensure a stable transition back into the community for those serviced. This would occur by employing a holistic service/strengths based approach that addresses conditions within the offender's life that could contribute to recidivism, joblessness, homelessness, and/or substance abuse relapse. Glade Run recognizes that maintaining service continuity as the individual moves through the criminal justice system and returns to the community is critical. The Supervisor/Therapist would also be responsible for oversight of daily program needs, staff supervision, and would need to meet the following requirements:
