Recruiter (Human Resources)
Primary Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment procedures: Job posting, fielding applicants, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, following-up with candidates and hiring teams.Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
Reaching out to target talent via social networks.Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns.Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement.Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirements.Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.Measure and report on recruiting metrics.
To Be Successful in this Role:
Bachelors degree in human resource management, communications, or another related field preferred.2+ years of recruiting experience / Sales recruiting preferred.As a core member of the People team, align talent strategy with HR initiatives. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines; focus in hiring disciplines. Knowledge of federal and state and employment and benefit laws.Ability to adapt to a changing environment and conditions; ability to be collaborative, cross-functional, and strategic.Successfully partner with stakeholders to understand the business needs and hire qualified sales talent.Proven track record interviewing, hiring of passive candidates.Must have strong sourcing skills.Successfully deliver on all deadlines and execute successfully in a very fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.Proficient in data tracking of recruiting metrics.Must have extensive experience with MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.Attend career fairs and recruiting/hiring events a must.
