The Role:
The HVAC Warranty Technician will complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department while establishing a positive relationship with the customer.
What You'll Do:
Complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install DepartmentEstablish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and one-on-ones, and company eventsCoordinate with HVAC Service and HVAC Install DepartmentsIn slow season, run No Heat/No Cool service calls
What You'll Need:
Knowledge of Local HVAC CodesAbility to Make on the Job Decisions5+ year's Residential HVAC Experience PreferredEPA Certification High School Diploma/GED
