Responsibilities

  • Deliver thought leadership about creating business impact from marketing analytics, including recommendations to improve current methods and proactive ideation for new growth opportunities.
  • Design, implementation, and maintenance of reports/dashboards in Adobe Analytics using online and offline data from multiple sources, to support individual business lines, visitor segments, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze customer retention lifecycle and churn. Develop subscription and LTV models to promote data-driven decision-making, optimize conversion and drive explosive growth.
  • Work cross functionally to strengthen attribution methodology and tracking to optimize media investment and channel performance.
  • Develop and architect data schema, and generate actionable, data-driven insights and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead continuous, data-based improvement of all digital marketing and onsite activities via A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
  • Collaborate with VP, Growth Marketing and other stakeholders to develop tools for cross-functional growth initiatives, across all channels, that demonstrate data-driven insights.
  • Qualifications

  • Master's degree (preferred) in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, including practical knowledge about quantitative methods, databases, and tools, plus experience in influencing business processes and outcomes.
  • Experience in developing user behavior hypotheses and insights to drive growth using analytics tools, working with complex data and database architecture, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Providing sophisticated analysis on the following: Campaign effectiveness, ROI, Price Point Optimization, Customer Profitability Analysis, Product Synergies, Marketing Attribution, Funnel Progression, and effectiveness.
  • Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex growth-related tasks (behavioral segmentation, product portfolio quantitative assessment, augmentation for customer acquisition and retention strategies, etc.).
  • Strategic problem solving, curiosity, and awareness of industry trends as the basis for exploring the "art of the possible."
  • Business acumen, including past success at translating analytic insights into tangible business impact.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, campaign design and evaluation, marketing metrics, channel attribution and LTV modelling
  • Strong communication and influencing skills are needed to make insights relevant, recommend solutions, and drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, SQL experience, JavaScript/HTML experience (preferred).
  • Experience with subscription marketing.
