Staff Development RN (Finance)

Staff Development Coordinators are the thread of education and knowledge throughout the facility, assessing needs, planning, and implementing educational programs that enable staff to meet the needs of residents.

Staff Development Coordinator (RN) Qualifications:

  • Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
  • Must have active RN license in the state of Virginia
  • Must be certified by the state of Virginia to conduct CNA training classes
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Teaching/Education experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
  • Ability to train and educate adult learners
  • Leadership ability
