Job Description
About the Role

We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our growing DevOps team. In this role, you will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to drive and support modern infrastructure automation, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native development. You'll help us scale and improve our infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Packer, Ansible, and Kubernetes, and manage deployments across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Terraform, and Packer
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code principles
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into agile workflows and improve delivery velocity
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Troubleshoot production issues and assist in incident response and root cause analysis
  • Contribute to security hardening and vulnerability remediation processes in coordination with security teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Automation Engineer
  • Strong foundation in software engineering practices and agile development
  • Hands-on experience with:Terraform, Packer, Ansible
  • CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
  • Version control systems (e.g., Git and Git workflows)
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux systems administration
  • Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure patterns such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Understanding of systems architecture: clustering, load balancing, HA/DR, and distributed systems
  • Exposure to networking, firewall configuration, NFS/NAS, and object storage (e.g., S3)
  • Experience with security scanning tools, static analysis, and compliance automation
  • Experience managing hybrid environments with both on-prem and cloud infrastructure

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $107,100 USD - $144,900 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $91,000 USD - $123,200 USD
