IT Team Lead, Dev Ops (Sales)

We are hiring an IT Team Lead, Dev Ops for our IT Solutions team.

The ideal candidate must be within 2 hours of or Neenah WI or Lincolnshire IL office.

Summary
TIDI Products is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our IT organization. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and sustaining our data strategy, driving the adoption of modern DevOps practices, and guiding a team of software developers through a pivotal transformation. You'll play a key role in building a robust CI/CD pipeline and collaborating closely with our Solutions Architect to develop data-driven systems that enhance operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Guide the team's transition into data-focused development, enabling them to contribute effectively to our data strategy using tools like Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and automated CI/CD pipeline for all software development and data initiatives. • Drive automation leveraging your expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Partner closely with the Solutions Architect to translate architectural designs into actionable DevOps strategies and ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes. • Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Champion a DevOps culture within the IT organization, promoting shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous learning. • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, data engineering, and AIOps. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role, with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure. • 2+ years of leadership experience, including direct management of software developers or technical teams.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins. • Experience with data platforms and a strong interest in guiding a team towards data engineering practices, especially with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and concepts (preferred). • Understanding of AIOps principles and experience with related tools or initiatives (preferred). Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $115,000 - $130,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
