Fleet Light Duty Coordinator (Finance)



Job Description

The position is primarily accountable for coordinating and administering the light-duty fleet leasing program, including vehicle delivery and retirement schedules, OEM warranty and recall campaigns, incident reporting, and maintenance schedules. The role also supports the Technical Services team with monitoring, tracking, and communicating parts records, technical service data, recall, repair, and retrofit practices and schedules for the heavy-duty vehicle fleet.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinating, monitoring, tracking, and communication of light-duty asset new delivery and retirement pick up schedules with Enterprise and Branches.
  • Coordinating internal light-duty unit moves.
  • Manage light-duty Aftermarket Equipment (AME) upfitters and Enterprise relationship.
  • Manages vehicle upfitting activities and vendor relationships, including tracking documentation, issuing purchase orders (POs), and following up on paperwork repair.
  • Management and maintenance of light-duty asset data in Fleetio, Oracle, and Enterprise systems.
  • Heavy Duty OEM recall and warranty notifications in Fleetio.
  • Tracks completion of heavy-duty OEM campaigns and repair work through Fleetio

What We Are Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience preferred in the following areas:
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery, vocational equipment, and/or Badger Units
  • Federal/State/Provincial regulatory requirements, eg, DOT
  • Systems-driven administrative/operations support experience required.
  • Demonstrated consistent professionalism.
  • Demonstrated strength in organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Strong, demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated strength in customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with the field.
  • Fully applies oneself to all requirements of the position.
  • Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
  • A self-starter with the Ability to perform required tasks with little supervision.
  • OFFICE: The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
