EFP - Pre-expander (Finance)



JOB SUMMARY

Prepare bead for expanding process.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain inventory of raw bead

  • Place raw bead in staging area for the day's production

  • Stay up to date with documents on Pre-expansion production board

  • Set up program in expander computer for each bead change

  • Routinely check pre-expander to verify proper cycling

  • Perform density checks

  • Clean expander

  • Maintain 5S activities

  • Perform other duties assigned

  • Report to Production Supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18+ years of age

  • Fork lift certified

  • Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 40+ hours a week

  • Standing for long periods of time

  • Walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and crouching

  • Lifting, carrying, pushing , and pulling (2 5 lb max)

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Safety glasses

  • Hearing protection available

  • Steel toe shoes (Static dissipating rated)
