National Practice Lead - Contract Solutions (Finance)

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a National Practice Lead to join our Contract Solutions Team in North America. The core responsibilities will largely relate to leading a team of professionals in the delivery of claims consulting and contract solution services for public and private sector projects across the United States. The workload will be varied and include technical advisory with flexibility to accommodate the specific skill sets and aspirations of the applicant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for business development activities and driving the growth of the business unit, while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. The candidate should have extensive experience in navigating complex claims issues on large-scale capital construction projects. This role includes leading a team of colleagues across North America and ensuring the development and implementation of strategies to expand the business. Key responsibilities will include client development, account leadership, oversight of team leaders, and establishing and maintaining a standard of practice that aligns with the evolving needs of both local and global clients.
Role accountabilities:
The position includes a high level of responsibility and accountability for the development and execution of business strategy, client development, service delivery, and team leadership within a well-established specialist team.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
