Sr Materials Mgmt Analyst (Finance)



As a Sr Materials Management Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing materials management processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production schedules while leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.

You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, NE location on a Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of the supply chain by implementing effective materials management strategies, which will directly contribute to reducing operational expenses and ensuring a consistent flow of materials for production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and optimize materials management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and establish effective procurement plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

You will report directly to our Materials Management Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, NE location on a Onsite work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, and logistics, with a track record of success in optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in materials management software and ERP systems.
  • Experience in inventory management and procurement strategies.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Desired experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
