Showroom Retail Associate - Public Safety Equipment (Part-time) (Sales)



Job Summary
The Showroom Associate is responsible for driving retail sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. In addition, Associates are responsible for stocking the showroom shelves, ensuring showroom is clean, conducting inventory, etc. Interacts daily with with local law enforcement, fire departments, and EMS professionals to assist them in product selection.

This part-time position requires associates be on-site ~16-24 hours a week Schedule is to be determined. Showroom is open 8:30 am-5:30 pm weekdays (later on Thursdays and Fridays) and on Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm. Part-time hours would need to fall within normal Showroom hours.
Location: Across from the Chester County Airport (Right off the express 30 bypass)

Duties/Responsibilities:
Providing excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by greeting customers, assessing customers needs, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Processing POS (point of sale) purchases, orders and returns. Following and achieving stores sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Remaining knowledgeable on products offered. Assisting with keeping the showroom stocked, organized and arranged/displayed properly. Complying with inventory control procedures. Elevate complaints/issue to management.Adheres to all WPSG Polices and Procedures.
