Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Part-time; flexible weekday and weekend availability required

Position Summary
The Sales Associate is a frontline representative of the ReStore, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. This role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and supporting the overall efficiency of daily retail operations. The Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting the ReStore's mission by ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for all shoppers.

Work Environment
This role is active and physical, involving frequent standing, lifting, and working in both retail and donation/warehouse spaces. It also includes regular interaction with a diverse customer base, donors, volunteers, and staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Work Environment
This position requires working indoors in a retail setting, outdoors in all types of weather, and in warehouse settings with or without climate control.

Estimated Time Commitment
Average of 25 hours per week. Shifts may begin as early as 9:30AM and end as late as 7:30PM, as scheduled by supervisor.
