The Activities of Daily Living Support Specialist supports the implementation of a persons specialized treatment plan while assisting in the day-to-day monitoring of their community functioning. As a JFSA team member, youll be a contributing member of a persons larger interdisciplinary team, including mental health case management, counseling, psychiatry, and behavioral health nursing. You will receive regular supervision and support.
