File Access Manager - Implementation Engineer (Information Technology)
• Work closely with customers to deploy, test, and debug the FAM product within client environments. Deployment involves installation and configuration of the product and connecting to in-scope endpoints
• Work with customer as subject matter expert for debugging support and maintenance
• Ability to triage and classify issues as bugs or enhancements and communicate and report needs to engineering
• Coordinate items to be documented into the company™s knowledge base with Solution Architects
• Ability to assist with answering customer inquiries in the SailPoint public forum
• Identify and communicate process improvements to internal management team
• Work with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
• Communicate to clients and delivery partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Ensure customer understanding of the product and guide the customer team to a successful implementation.
• Adhering to project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience
• 3-5+ years of professional work experience in Information Technology.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting techniques and effective use of documentation, online sources, testing, experimentation, and the knowledge of other technical professionals to solve problems.
• Administrator or implementer-level experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and SQL Server
• Experience with SQL and database concepts
• Basic Networking and server administration knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of SSL and certificates a plus
• Experience with Data Access Governance (DAG) products a plus
• Experience with PowerShell, C#, and .Net a plus
• Knowledge of NetApp, SharePoint, ISILON, Exchange a plus
• Knowledge of O365 endpoints a plus
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
