Electrical Superintendent (Maintenance)



The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the companys effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25MSupervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sitesIndependently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

Job Qualifications:
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
8+ years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams2-4+ years of prior supervisory experienceExperience utilizing prefabricationPossess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman licenseBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
