Director, Strategic Client Engagement (Legal)

Job Description:

The Director of strategic client engagement is responsible for working directly with Epiq corporate clients and corporate prospects leading the execution of our Discovery Health Check service offering. The Discovery Health Check helps corporate legal departments immediately reduce their eDiscovery spend and build out a highly optimized Discovery Center of Excellence through an operational and financial assessment framework. The Director is responsible for both pre-sales support as well as delivery of closed opportunities. Delivery includes coordinating and interviewing key client stakeholders, reviewing client supplied documentation of standard processes and policies, creating a findings and recommendations report and presenting the key aspects of the report to the client.

Responsibilities:

·Assistance with sales tracking and reporting relative to Discovery Health Check opportunities

·Continuous enhancement and improvement of Epiq pre-sales material related to the Discovery Health Check

·Participation in thought leadership activities and events both internal and external as promotion for the Discovery Health Check

·Participate in pre-sales activities for corporate clients conveying the elements of our program framework and the value Epiq can yield with the approach

·Lead the execution of the Discovery Health Check:

  • Coordinating and interviewing key client stakeholders
  • Reviewing client supplied documentation of standard processes and policies
  • Creating a findings and recommendations report
  • Presenting the key aspects of the report to the client in a live meeting

Experience

  • College degree or equivalent is required

  • Previous experience working at a corporation in an eDiscovery advisory or program management function
  • Previous experience in an eDiscovery consulting or similar role
  • General knowledge of the eDiscovery industry, specifically in regards to pricing models, generally accepted processes and workflows and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills#LI-ReMOTE, #LI-RC1

Candidates based in California, Colorado, New York or Washington:

The Compensation range for this role is 118,026.90 - 236,054.40 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
