Senior Semiconductor Process Engineer for Implant and Diffusion (Finance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize Implant and Diffusion processes to enhance semiconductor device performance.
• Conduct process experiments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with internal equipment and outside suppliers to ensure alignment with internal processes and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with external Epitaxial and/or Implant suppliers to drive continuous improvement processes.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control for Implant, Diffusion or similar processes.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation and robotics.

WE VALUE

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of recipe development on VTR-7000 diffusion furnaces, Varian/AMAT Viision 200+ implanters or ASM 2000 Epi reactors.
• Proven ability to drive successful process development.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability.
