RN - Nurse Manager – Inpatient Dialysis – 100%FTE - University Hospital (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who has expertise in the dialysis nursing practice and has demonstrated leadership and management skills to:
Minimum – Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN). Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred – Master of Science – Nursing (MSN).
Minimum – Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Three (3) years of progressive leadership experience.
Preferred – Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin.
Preferred – Certification in relevant specialty.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
