Job Title: Production Worker - Full Time
Pay & Incentives:
• Starting pay: $20/hour during the probationary period
• Opportunity to earn an average of $24+/hour through incentive pay, available after the probationary period and based on performance and position
• Shift differential: $0.50/hour for Swing Shift, $0.75/hour for Graveyard Shift
• Weekly pay
Shift/Hours:
Graveyard 11:00 pm – 7:30 am or 11:30 pm – 8:00 am (Start up Sunday night)

What You Will Do:
In this position you will operate production machines to manufacture automotive batteries. In addition, operators make minor adjustments during troubleshooting, recognize and diagnose machine problems, and participate in operator preventative maintenance of equipment such as cleaning, greasing, and replacing small parts. Perform visual inspection of machines for quality or productivity problems. Perform required quality checks as trained.
How You Will Do It
Operate machinery by controlling and adjusting machine settings, feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines.
Verify that product meets quality standards and keep records of approved and defective units
Clean equipment, tools, etc. and surrounding area between jobs.
Follow all safety, quality and production specifications, instructions, written and verbal.
What We Look For
1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Comfortable working up to 12 hour days.
Ability to stand/walk for long period of time.
Ability to work in a hot or cold environment.
Ability to physically bend, twist and kneel in a safe and efficient manner.
Basic computer skills.
Basic math, reading and writing skills.
Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to come in early or stay late depending on production demands.
Must be able to wear required PPE.
