HR Reporting Analyst (Finance)



What you'll Do

Primary Responsibility:

The HR Reporting Analyst supports the HR Function with various reporting and analytics. This role will be responsible for creating various reports within the Oracle Cloud HCM space as well as collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics, and presenting the data in a consumable and meaningful way to the end user.

• Creates and maintains various internal reports using Oracle Cloud (OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL Connect) and other HRIS platforms and delivers within set SLAs.

• Collects, analyzes and reports on HR data in order to provide insight into trends that help to drive business decisions.

• Maintains HR dashboards.

• Researches and stays up to data on HR best practice and trends.

• Audits data for errors and SOX compliance.

What Experience and Education You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred.

• HRIS experience desired.

• Knowledge of business analysis tools and Power BI a plus.

• 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud required

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience in Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)

• Experience in Power BI

• Advanced SQL skills

• Strong collaborative and communication skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

• Customer Service skills

Physical Requirements :

• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions

• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending

• Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work

• Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks

• May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business

• May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing

• May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds

• Requires the use of various electronic tools

• Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes

• Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
