Building Maintenance (Part Time) (Transportation)

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control is currently hiring for part-time building maintenance. This position will average 8 - 12 hours per week with hours and days being flexible. This position will be based out of our corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.

Our maintenance position is primarily responsible for interior & exterior upkeep, general repairs, and maintenance of our Corporate Office and our Operations Service Center. This position will aim to keep these facilities in pristine condition by completing various tasks, repairs, and general maintenance while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (e.g. light bulbs, stocking vending machines, moving furniture)Perform light janitorial work on the grounds as neededMinor drywall repairs and painting as neededUndertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks as neededIdentify and report the need for major repairsPerform routine checks of propertiesFiling and light administrative work as needed
