Our team is growing! Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a full time Social Worker to serve in Indianapolis.
The Social Worker is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service or Employment Agreement which include providing care based on the Social Work Practice Act.
Job duties for this role include:
Job Requirements:
A graduate of a Master's program in Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Minimum of one (1) years' experience in health care, hospice experience preferred.
Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification.
