Founded in 1947 CAID Industries a division of Samuel, Son & Co. is part a family-owned and operated, integrated network of metal manufacturing, processing and distribution divisions. CAID Industries specializes in diversification, custom work and specialized projects. Materials we work with range from, stainless steel, titanium, and duplex steels, to structural fiberglass, copper, plastics, and mesh. Projects encompass a wide range including industrial pressure vessels, architectural challenges, barges, hoisting equipment, and much more. Our client base is truly international with products shipping to South America, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and other destinations.

As a key member of CAID's senior management, this position will lead the finance team, provide financial stewardship, and be responsible for its financial reporting, analytics, and partner with sales and operations teams to drive financial results for a multi-site manufacturing business in the US and Mexico. In particular, the Director, Finance will be responsible for developing/utilizing monitoring tools, scorecards, analysis and insights that support financial, commercial and operational decision making to optimize Samuel enterprise value and return on investment. The position will ensure there is analysis and reporting to measure performance, assess risks and opportunities, and conduct commercial and operational reviews for continued improvement in efficiencies.
