Administrative Nurse (RN or LPN)
Location: Clark County, WA
Pay Range:

• LPN: $32-$44/hr
• RN: $39-$54/hr

We're looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment. At Bridge Crest Post Acute, we admit roughly 40 new residents a month—and we need a strong nurse leader to take full ownership of that process!

About the Role:
As our Administrative Nurse, you will oversee and manage the resident admissions process from start to finish. Your role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition for each resident, coordinating closely with families, hospitals, and internal departments to keep everything on track. When you're not actively managing admissions, you'll take on facility initiatives as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical aspects of the admissions process
• Serve as a key point of contact for incoming residents, families, and hospital partners
• Ensure documentation, assessments, and handoffs are thorough and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prepare for new arrivals
• Step in as needed to support clinical staff and daily operations

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Washington
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, admissions, or transitional care preferred
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Able to pivot quickly and thrive in a busy, team-driven environment
