Project Manager

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Project Management team as a Project Manager.
What You'll have an Opportunity to do:
  • Develop full scale project plans including tasks, milestones, and dependencies, and secure appropriate resources to deliver the plan on-time and within scope.
  • Partner with project owners on the definition of the project scope, goals, deliverables, business requirements, measurements, and success criteria to ensure project outcomes are of high quality and meet the needs of the stakeholders.
  • Manage a complex project in a dynamic environment, including risk management, change management and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, risks, and successes to a project development group.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years equivalent project management experience required.
  • PMI professional designations preferred (PMP, CAPM).
  • Familiarity with PMI's PIMBOK framework and terms for project management best practices as well as understands and keeps up with PMI industry best practices and trends.
