Director Sales (Finance)
In this role, you will have a significant impact on Smart Energy. By effectively guiding and managing the sales team, you will drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and exceed sales targets. YOU MUST HAVE • 8+ years of transferrable experience • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellence • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong leadership and motivational skills
