Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a GIS Solutions Management Consultant to join our National Planning and Water Resilience Team! In this role you will assist Engineers, Scientists, and Project Managers with tasks associated with water infrastructure project work. This is a flexible/hybrid role that can be performed anywhere in the country where we have an Arcadis office.
As part of our data management and GIS team, you'll work across multiple teams to provide GIS and digital solution support to projects with water utility clients. Projects focus on data management solution implementation and GIS implementation including ESRI based ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, mobile applications, and web applications.
This role sits within our Resilience Global Business Area, where we partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunities for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today's mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world's growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
Role accountabilities:
As a GIS Solutions Management Consultant, you will work with clients and internal teams to identify the best digital or GIS-based solution for their needs. This will involve conducting workshops and producing documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle. In addition, you will perform data analysis, create web-based GIS products, produce documentation communicating findings and recommendations, and build out knowledge of database development and programming.

Required Qualifications
The candidate will have demonstrated experience in information management and geographic information systems. Experience with the ESRI suite of desktop, web, and mobile tools and technologies is a must for this position. Experience with data analysis or database development is also a plus.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing role and have experience creating guides and documentation. They will also be highly organized as they will be supporting multiple projects concurrently.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000/year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
