Director - Total Rewards & HR Ops (Finance)



WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations will lead the strategy, oversight, development and communication of the company's Total Rewards and HR operations. This includes managing all aspects of the compensation, benefits/wellness and HR systems as well as HR policy, process and governance. This position will provide leadership and direct supervision to a team of HR professionals by providing effective coaching and performance management.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

    • Design, implement and manage employee wellbeing initiatives as part of Total Rewards offerings.
    • Oversee benchmarking studies, competitive analysis, and development of recommendations to enhance compensation and benefit plans, and, provide support for executive compensation review and analysis.
    • Partner and manage relationships with outside parties, vendors, etc. in varying capacities, ensuring deliverables, service levels, pricing, etc. are consistent with operational and/or project based requirements
    • Ensure HR/ER policies and procedures are developed and administered in an effective manner and are in compliance with government regulations, company ethics and core values.
    • Manage the maintenance, accuracy and effectiveness of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance and reporting purposes in HRIS.
    • Identify areas for process automation and implement projects for increased efficiency.
    • Provide people leadership, training and development to HR Ops team.

GREAT TO HAVE

    • 8+ years of Total Rewards and HR Ops experience
    • Experience with compensation structures & analysis, benefits implementation & reporting, on boarding and off boarding of employees and corporate wellness programs
    • Experience leading and developing a team.
    • Experience with HRIS - ADP experience would be preferred
