Sr Fire Alarm Field Service Technician (Finance)



As a Sr Fire Alarm Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating in the field service operations of our Building Automation business. You will ensure efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, both remotely and on-site, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your technical expertise, guidance, and dedication to customer service will contribute to the growth and success of our Building Automation business.

You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Supervisor.

**Must reside within 30-50 miles from San Francisco, California.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with fire alarm systems, including diagnosing and repairing faulty components
  • Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to address their specific fire safety needs
  • Providing training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of fire alarm systems
  • Shift: 8:00a - 5:00p California
  • Must be available for on-call rotation
  • Due to the nature of this discipline, night work is required of all Fire Technicians
  • Company vehicle & Company mobile phone will be provided to travel to customer sites and communicate with customers
  • Travel: up to 50%

The annual base salary range for this position is $62,300-$77,900 ($29.95-$ 37.45) . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
