Associate Licensing Specialist (Project Management)



Job Summary

Responsible for completing and documenting regulatory compliance activities necessary to obtain and maintain state and federal licensure for the distribution of drugs, medical devices, and other regulated products.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Under limited supervision, prepare and submit applications, forms, and other compliance documents to state and federal agencies.

  • Review and provide feedback on documentation and supporting evidence to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

  • Prepare and disseminate various reports.

  • Research regulatory requirements by reviewing regulatory agency websites, reading laws and regulations, and contacting state and federal agencies.

  • Communicate requirements of regulations to internal or external customers.

  • Assist with licensing and regulatory related projects.

  • Maintain department databases, logs, and files.

Required Experience

  • Associate's degree or combination of education and experience

  • At least 2 years of data administration, project management experience, or relevant business experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, Powerpoint, Project).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience collaborating with internal resources and external resources.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Previous experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$56,160.00 - $78,520.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
