Certified Nursing Assistants (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the Plymouth area to assist with our geriatric aged clients who are in need of support and companionship.
Weekend Availability is a plus!!

Available shifts: 7-Days
8am-8pm (12-hour)
8pm-8am (12-hour)

Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Possible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
