Ascend Learning's Safety & Security (S&S) segment is a leading provider of online training in a range of high growth professions and academic areas, including computer science and cybersecurity. We combine authoritative content with innovative educational technology to help educators teach more effectively and students learn more efficiently. Our comprehensive suite of print and digital education solutions is designed to enrich the educational experience and deliver results for secondary, post-secondary, and professional education markets.
S&S's Educational Technology Consultant will be responsible for driving achievement of the business's sales goals through providing subject matter expertise, delivering digital product demonstrations, onboarding users in our online applications and tools, and creating technical documentation and self-help resources. They will partner with key stakeholders to enhance existing and implement new processes which optimize the customer experience and position our sales teams for maximum success. In collaboration with the Sales Enablement Team, the Consultant will implement and drive a scalable sales onboarding framework to serve training needs across the S&S sales organization. They will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams in support of successful go-to-market strategies across the S&S markets which ensure customer success and retention.
