Assistant Professor (Finance)
Applicant must have an M.D. degree, be fellowship trained in Otology/Neurotology, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology and be eligible for a full, unrestricted Florida medical license. Must have completed residency. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.

Will lecture at resident conferences. Will participate in physical diagnosis, head & neck cancer screenings, and a variety of instructional labs.
Research Duties: Minimum research requirements.
Administrative Duties: Includes the assignments of 1 or more activities related to department operations to include committee assignments. Incumbent will be expected to participate on practice, university, and hospital related committees as necessary.
Clinical Duties: The primary responsibility of this position is the treatment and care of patients in both the in-patient and out-patient setting primarily at Tampa General Hospital, the Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare (north campus) and James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital. Will participate in department, trauma, and ER call schedule. Will see patients with and without residents and/or medical students.
Other Duties: Will participate in faculty committees, projects, etc. As directed by the chairperson. Where indicated, will provide other services to the University, Hospital(s), and Community at large and as directed.
Essential Functions of Position: Responsible to a Chair or other appropriate higher-level administrator of a State university. Responsible for teaching, research, service, and related administrative activities. Responsible for academic advising and related activities. May represent the university, college/school, or department.
