Press Operator (Finance)

1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines; monitor and maintain quality standards

3. Ensure register and color consistency on all printed material

4. Make sure produced materials match proof provided by customer

5. Understand all functions of the machine and applicable processes needed

6. Play an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding area, and assist with wash down when job is completed

7. Perform general preventive maintenance to press as needed

8. Ensure informational materials referring to the job remain with the job as required

9. Control press operations efficiently and safely

10. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements

11. Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives

12. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
