As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will report to the CPO and work independently with limited supervision. This challenging role requires you to be confident, intellectually curious, and service driven, with extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail. You should possess executive presence and professionalism in engaging with senior executives, members of the Board of Directors, other colleagues within Equifax and outside clients and vendors. You will work on a variety of complex and varied duties, analyzing situations and using your strong initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.
This position is based in Atlanta and will require that this candidate be local to the area. Alpharetta campus (preferred) but open to consider locating this resource in one of our two midtown locations.
Corporate Return To Office expectations: Onsite weekly requirements - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
What you will do
Provide proactive support for the planning, scheduling and coordination of meetings for the CPO
Establish timing for Global Product meetings on the CEO Corporate Calendar and develop an annual Product Calendar
Manage CPO's calendar and daily meetings including advance preparation, such as reserving necessary resources, communication to attendees, coordinating development of presentation materials, obtaining appropriate technical services, and ordering catering.
Manage and coordinate larger Product offsite events involving the Enterprise Product leadership team including facility/hotel contracts, banquet orders, a/v services, and participant room/air/ground needs; attend offsite meetings to provide onsite coordination and handle administrative needs as they arise
Act as liaison between the CPO and the Corporate Secretary's Office to coordinate quarterly Board of Director's Technology Committee agendas and materials, and to communicate with appropriate Product team members as required
Analyze situations and exercise sound judgment in determining the appropriate course of action, keeping executives and other partners informed of progress or changes that may arise due to evolving priorities
Act as an information resource for internal and external customers, using judgment to prioritize matters that require immediate attention, relative to the importance of issues at hand when deciding on an appropriate course of action
Work with sensitive information and exercise complete discretion; handle high volume of details with efficiency and accuracy
Build and maintain positive relationships with Senior Leadership Team members, their executive assistants and others on their teams as necessary for the smooth running of the CPO's office.
Perform general administrative duties such as answering and directing calls to the CPO, making copies, filing, and updating logs and manuals. Manage and update highly confidential files, records and shared drives. Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and purchases orders as well as update memberships in a timely fashion.
Serve as host to visitors and act as the public face to build positive relationships with the general public.
Assist with special projects as requested.
What experience you need
Higher education in related disciplines (business administration or management) or equivalent experience
5+ years prior experience supporting senior executives in a global corporate environment and managing complex domestic and international travel
Strong experience with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences and/or events for clients and staff.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (preferred), with the ability to learn additional programs and software
Ability to solve problems and take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify issues in advance and propose solutions for team consensus.
