Clinical Pharmacist (Full-Time, Remote, North Carolina Based) (Healthcare)
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for performing comprehensive medication reviews, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing education, offering targeted case consultation, resolving medication access issues, and supporting pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations. The Clinical Pharmacist will also contribute to population health and quality improvement projects to ensure health outcomes for Alliance Tailored Plan members, state-funded recipients, and Medicaid Direct beneficiaries.
This position will allow the successful candidate to work fully remote based anywhere within North Carolina; they will be required to report on-site to the Alliance office for business meetings and also travel to participate in community partnership meetings occasionally as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) from an accredited College of Pharmacy and completion of a psychiatric clinical pharmacy residency.
Or
Completion of a PGY-1 clinical pharmacy residency and have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist that includes over 50% of time focused on direct patient care of behavioral health populations.
Active, unencumbered licensure by North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required.
Preferred:
Completion of a psychiatric clinical pharmacy residency
Board certification, including BCPP preferably or BCPS credentials

Salary Range
$98,800- $128,440/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
