Senior Event Producer (Vice President) - Brand Experience team (Finance)

We're looking for a Vice President, Senior Event Producer to join the Brand Experience team. This person will oversee the development and activation of consumer-facing experiential events for large brands, inclusive of event strategy, creative, production, and client management. This role requires strong client management skills and the ability to deliver innovative thinking, author smart decks, troubleshoot client and team issues. Additionally, you'll oversee the financial health of each client program, monitoring team utilization and OOP spend, and mining for new business opportunities.You must be able to provide experiential events expertise within a cross-functional team and mentor and manage junior team members.

Responsibilities:

    • Present ideas, offer creative solutions, and address challenges and obstacles head on, in a way that drives agency value.
    • Serve as client lead, providing excellent client service.
    • Develop dynamic and innovative experiential events for clients that deliver on an integrated and strategic approach, involving multi-channel activation elements/promotion and driving strong, quantifiable KPI's.
    • Accountable for fulfillment of all project deliverables across a program from start to finish.
    • Brief in and collaborate with cross-disciplinary internal teams to answer client brief and deliver on goals, meeting/exceeding approved KPI's.
    • Develop and execute project plans, monitoring and adhering to an agreed upon budget and timeline.
    • Identify, secure and manage third party vendors and other production partners.
    • Liaise with Finance department to update program cash flow, flagging any issues, and manage internal PO process
    • Lead all post-program reporting and budget reconciliation efforts.

Requirements:

    • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time and be on-site for events in the NYC area and elsewhere as needed
    • Have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing event production
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in marketing, communications and/or advertising, or equivalent work experience
    • Have a passion for experiential event production and client service
    • Experience working with large brands and clients across various industries. Preference for beauty and fashion industry experience.
    • Are up on pop culture and an arbiter of trends and how they shape consumer insights
    • Able to translate creative vision to real world environments and experiences; especially as it relates to blending digital and physical elements together for a seamless attendee/guest/user experience
    • Ability to lead both internal and external communications across programs that are clear and consistent, strategic and build trust/relationship with colleagues and clients
    • Possess superior communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently, with attention to detail

$120,000 - $150,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
