Salary Range: $62,000 - $94,000 based upon experience
Work Hours: Rotating Shift every 6 weeks: 7 - 3, 3-11, and 11-7
Location: 1145 Conwell Avenue, Willard, OH 44890
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
- Set direction and tone as a front line leader for employees involved in printing or binding printed product
- Make operational decisions to ensure efficient and quality processing
- Create, implement and audit work processes that continually evolve and improve
- Seek out, suggest and implement automated and other enhancements to processes and workflows
- Source and analyze data to address gaps or maximize opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity
- Ensure equipment maintenance and adequate stocks of required supplies and raw materials
- Lead continuous improvement processes and projects
- Monitor and update production records, progress and goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment delivering solutions
- 2+ years of experience directly managing people
- Experience working with data
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement processes
